3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable)
  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on:

    • Delivery location
  • Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected locations
  • Additional COD charges may apply
  • Please ensure availability to receive the order at the delivery address

5. Order Tracking

  • You can track your order in real-time through the courier partner’s website

6. Delays & Exceptions

9. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:

    • Provide photos/video (unboxing video preferred)

10. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India
  • International shipping is not available at this time
