1. Return Eligibility

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Order ID
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Unboxing video/photo proof (mandatory for damaged items)
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

3. Return Pickup

  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup (where available)
  • In some cases, you may need to self-ship the product
  • Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Order canceled before shipping

💰 Refund Method

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via:
    • Bank transfer / UPI

  • Refund is initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
  • It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider

5. Replacement Policy

  • We may offer a replacement instead of refund (if available)
  • Replacement will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance sale items
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

8. Shipping Charges

  • Free return shipping for damaged/incorrect items
  • For other cases, return shipping charges may apply

9. Important Notes

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage or missing items
  • Refund/replacement is subject to quality inspection
